Q. How is the post set in the ground?
A. depending on the fence, most post are set 2' to 3' in the ground with 80lb of cement.
Q. How long do it take after I sign a contract to Install my fence?
A. In most cases two to three weeks and depending on the size of your job, 1 to 2 day Install.
Q. I have an old fence and I want to replace it with a new one, do I need a permit?
A. Yes. The towns wants the home owner to get a permit even if you replace wood with wood.
Q. Do I need to take off from work for the Installation?
A. No. We only need someone home at the time the Installers show up and show them where
the fence is going and where your gates are going and the way you want them to open, then you can leave if you like.
Q. I have and old fence. Will you take it down and haul it away?
A. Yes. We will remove your old fence and take it away.
Q. Do it cost more to install my fence if my ground is not level?
A. No. same price
Q. Do it cost more to install my fence if the fence is being installed in a cement or blacktop
driveway?
A. Yes. We need special tools to install in to blacktop or cement walk ways.
Q. How much of a deposit is required to sign a contract?
A. We require 50% down and the balance when completion.
Q. What is the warranties?
A. All vinyl and Aluminum comes with a manufacture limited lifetime warranty. Chain link is 12
year limited warranty. Wood have no warranty because it's a natural product.
Q. My yard is not level. Will it be a problem installing my fence?
A. No. our fence will rack with the slop of your yard and some fences need to be stepped.
Q. Do you use sub-contractors?
A. NO. We only use our own employee's. Most companies that use sub-contractors have
problems and is in a rush to be in and out of your job and move on to the next, so they
spend more time trying to finish and get to the next job and less time doing it right because
you are not their boss and neither is the company who hired them.
Q. Is it easy to clean a vinyl fence?
A. Yes. just soap and water with a garden hose, no power washer is needed.
Q. My yard is small. Will a fence make it look smaller?
A. No. The complete opposite. Our customers tell us that they are surprise that the fence
define the space and made it look bigger.
Q. My job is very small, will your company install a small job?
A. We do have a minimum on our jobs. Anything under 70' will be charge as if you do have 70'
most companies do this to cover their overhead to to a job.
Q. Is their a difference between the home centers fences and your fence?
A. Yes. A big difference. The home center only use recycle vinyl and low grade wood, and
chain link fence that will fall apart in a short time. We replace a lot of the home center fence
from home owners that just didn't know and regret wasting their money.
